Health is real wealth.
My healing journey started in 2013, after a car accident, rare autoimmune diagnosis, and food sensitivities hit me. I went from daily headaches, chronic back pain, depression and anxiety to the strongest, healthiest, full of energy and inspired to live my best life.
Yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, holistic nutrition and a strong self-concept is what I used to manage my pain, and over time, heal for good.
